Stefan Sagmeister é um designer gráfico e tipógrafo, que vive actualmente em Bali na Indonésia. Sagmeister estudou design gráfico na universidade de Artes Aplicadas em Vienna, recebendo mais tarde uma bolsa de estudo para estudar em Nova Iorque. Começou a carreira de design aos 15 anos numa revista Austríaca e em 1991 voltou para Hong Kong para trabalhar no Leo Burnett's Hong Kong Design Group. Em 1993 voltou a Nova Iorque para trabalhar na Tibor Kalman's M&Co design company. Sagmeister fundou a Sagmeister Inc e trabalhou para clientes bastente diferentes como a HBO ou os Rolling Stones. Stefan colabora com músicos como David Byrne ou Lou Reed. É o autor de "Made You Look", publicado pelas edições Booth-Clibborn.
